Deathcore bands Left to Suffer and Distant co-headline at the Sanctuary in Detroit!

I feel like I need to attend a good metal show every week or two for my own self care. It’s hard to describe, but it puts me in a euphoric feeling, especially at smaller venues, and lets me detach from life for a little while to process it. It’s mentally cleansing. It’s better when its an awesome lineup like the The Feral Heritage North America Tour co-headlined by deathcore acts Left to Suffer (Atlanta) and Distant (The Netherlands), with tour support from Justice for the Damned (Australia) and Cabal (Copenhagen).

Very strong tour with bands that I’m pretty sure all said at one point “Punch your best friend in the face”, so I’m glad I didn’t have any friends there. The mosh pits were stirring throughout all the bands. The people were getting out all their angst. It was a lovely day for some deathcore at The Sanctuary located in Hamtramck (a city within Detroit).

Left to Suffer have a new album out now, Feral, in which they performed front-to-back on this tour before playing their older material. Distant has a new album Heritage out now via Century Media Records. Justice for the Damned’s Pain is Power is out now vioa Greyscale Records. Check out the picture I took at the show below!
